    Cancellation Policy

    These policies are in place to protect our time and ensure fair availability for all clients.

    1. Notice Period

    Appointments require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.

    2. Late Cancellation Fee

    Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 50% cancellation fee, regardless of reason.

    3. Booking Fees

    Non-refundable booking fees are used to secure your appointment time and can be transferred once only, provided sufficient notice is given.

    In the event of a late cancellation or reschedule, the booking fee will be retained and deducted from the cancellation charge where applicable.

    4. Upfront Payments

    Upfront payments may also be required to secure future appointments.

    5. Pre-Care Instructions

    If an appointment cannot go ahead because pre-care instructions were not followed, this will be treated as a late cancellation and the cancellation policy will apply in full.
