1. Consultations

A thorough consultation is required before all aesthetic and skin treatments. Not everyone's skin will be suitable for every treatment. We reserve the right to decline a treatment if we believe it is not in the best interest of the client's health or safety.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows will be subject to a cancellation fee. Please see our full Cancellation Policy for details.

3. Pricing

All prices listed on our website are indicative and may vary depending on the specific treatment area, duration, and individual requirements. Final pricing will be confirmed during your consultation. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.

4. Aftercare

Following your treatment, you will be provided with aftercare instructions. It is important to follow these instructions carefully to ensure the best results and minimise any risk of adverse effects. N-Jane Aesthetics & Skin cannot be held responsible for complications arising from failure to follow aftercare advice.

5. Results

While we strive to achieve the best possible results for every client, individual results may vary. Some treatments may require multiple sessions for optimal results. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

6. Liability

N-Jane Aesthetics and Skin LTD is fully insured and all treatments are carried out by qualified practitioners. However, by undergoing any treatment, you acknowledge and accept the risks involved, which will be fully explained during your consultation.
